Said Mortgage was recorded on July 12, 2021 as Instrument No. L202114222 in the real property records of Faulkner County, Arkansas.  Said Mortgage was subsequently assigned to Rushmore Loan Management Services LLC, by virtue of an assignment dated November 2, 2021 and recorded on November 3, 2021 as Instrument No. L202123034 in the real property records of Faulkner County, Arkansas. Said Mortgage was further assigned to Nationstar Mortgage LLC, by virtue of an assignment dated March 20, 2023 and recorded on March 20, 2023 as Instrument No. L202303517 in the real property records of Faulkner County, Arkansas.
