On September 30, 2016, Richard I Rockwell and Sharon L Rockwell executed a security instrument conveying certain property therein described to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for First Arkansas Bank and Trust, its successors and assigns; which was recorded October 5, 2016, Document No. 201615571in the real estate records of Faulkner County, Arkansas.
